Jana's free flight journey began toward the end of 2017 at Andy Jackson Aipark under the instruction of Neverland Paragliding School.  Falling in love with flying, she became more involved in Crestline Soaring Society club activities.  In 2019 she volunteered for the role of Communications director serving for two  years before being elected Vice President in 2024.  After hundreds of hours of airtime and many more as an ambassador and positive role model for the sport of paragliding she was selected to join BGD (Bruce Goldsmith Design) as a team pilot.  As a LSFFC founding board member Jana's understands what a passion for flying is all about and as a founding board member of the LSFFC her goal is to work with and help the flying community and her fellow pilots preserve our most precious flying sites for the continued enjoyment for our future free flight communities.
